Park Rules

Walk ins are welcome and no deposit is required upon arrival. A card on file is mandatory upon check in.

A 4% credit card processing fee is charged to the tenant for payments.

Person that is registering must be 18 years of age and a background check may be conducted by the company.

Renters shall keep their lot in a clean and sanitary condition keeping it free of accumulated debris, trash, etc.

Please be courteous by not walking or driving across occupied/non-occupied sites

Tenants will not hang or leave clothing outside of their unit.

Fire pits (cookouts/BBQ's) are allowed within the lot space and must be supervised at all times.

During a burn ban no open flame will be allowed.

Waste water must be disposed of appropriately.

Nonemergency repairs and routine maintenance of any vehicle or RV are prohibited.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. No loud parties or music. Only reported guests are allowed at your lot during quiet hours.

Children under the age of 14 shall not be left unattended in the park.

Visitors- Guests or Visitors of Tenants must comply with the park rules. Guests or Visitors are responsible for the actions of their children and visitors/tenant will be responsible. First time guests must check in with the front office and provide I.D.

Please watch for children. Observe the 10-mph speed limit.

Restrooms and showers-Shirts and cover ups are required when entering and leaving the showers.

No indecent exposure will be tolerated and are grounds to be asked to leave.

Flipflops are optional but recommended when using the showers.

Conduct in Park- Dispose of beer cans and cigarette butts properly.

The Park has a zero tolerance for anyone found with drugs, or drunk and disorderly behavior.

These are grounds for immediate eviction and no refund will be issued.

Guideline for pets- Renter will keep dogs on a leash or in a proper enclosed area (kennel, cage, etc.,

Dogs will be walked on a leash inside the park only and owner is responsible for cleaning up after pet.

Aggressive breeds are discouraged from being allowed on the premises but maybe permitted upon the park's discretion.

If pet's show aggressive behavior or excessive barking they will be asked to be removed.

Feeding any wild or domestic animals other than your own pets is prohibited

Trash Disposal- Household trash will be disposed of in the dumpsters inside the park. Do not dispose of any oil-based products (transmission fluid, power steering, etc.) paint, tires, sofas, flammable products, or briquette ashes, etc. in the dumpsters.

No illegal downloading that violates copy right infringement.

Management reserves the right to evict anyone from the premises for disruptive conduct and/or for violating park regulations, without refunding rent or deposit
