Tenants have easy and quick access to the city with the tranquility of quiet country living. We are located walking distance from H.E.B, Walmart. Dollar Tree, restaurants and other services.

We offer 60 easily accessible RV lots equipped with 30 and 50 amp hook-ups and125V outlet, and includes WI-FI, city water, electricity, minor lawn maintenance.
Monthly 50 amp price $375.00
Monthly 30 amp price $325.00
Weekly and daily rates available.
No Deposit required for RV's and reservations are available upon request.

Walk-ins are welcomed and full payment is due upon arrival.

There will be a 4% processing fee for all credit card transaction.

No refunds for early departures.

Person registering for the site must be 18 years or older. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Pets are welcomed. No aggressive dog breeds.

All additional occupants must register with our front office prior to staying. Failure to register may result in a fee added to your rent.

Our park has a zero drug and alcohol policy. Anyone displaying disorderly conduct will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

Parking space is for tenant and one additional occupant.
